WHEN DO I PAY FOR MONTHLY PARKING?
Monthly parking is due on or before the first of each month. At the time of sign-up, customers complete a monthly parking agreement and pay a one-time key card (access card) fee of $15.00. Ongoing monthly customers will receive an invoice for the upcoming month around the 15th of the prior month. Payment is the responsibility of the parker and is due on or before the 1st of the month.
Due to the high demand for monthly parking, prompt payment is necessary to secure a parking space. Fees are due by the 1st of the month. Accounts not paid in full by the 7th of the month may be blocked from accessing their garage until payment is received. Accounts that are still unpaid by the 15th of the month are subject to permanent cancellation and the parking space may be offered to customers on the waitlist.
What Payment Types Are Offered?
Permits must be purchased no later than the 5th of each month in order to avoid forfeiture of your current parking agreement/space. Credit, debit, check or cash payments are accepted.
You can set up a recurring automatic withdrawal with your checking account or credit/debit card by contacting the ParkBOI office at 208-368-7944. This automatic withdrawal will occur on the 1st of the month. The monthly parking fee will automatically be charged every month unless you contact the ParkBOI office to remove your Auto-Pay setup.
How Do I Cancel My Monthly Parking?
You can email info@ParkBOI.com or visit the ParkBOI office to cancel your permit.
A 15-day cancellation notice is required when cancelling a monthly parking permit. Please return your key card and hang tag by mailing or visiting the ParkBOI office.
How Do I sign up for monthly parking?
Because of the high demand for parking, you must first have your name on the wait list for the garage in which you are interested. When space becomes available, you will be contacted and given instructions on how to purchase your monthly parking.

Is there a Waitlist?
Yes, for all garages there are wait lists. Each ParkBOI garage has a set number of spaces allocated for monthly parking and available to the general public on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event the allotted spaces are sold out in a garage, customers interested in obtaining monthly permits have the opportunity to be added to a wait list for that specific garage.
As spaces become available through cancellations and/or non-paying customers, waitlisted customers will be contacted (first-come, first-served) to offer them the opportunity to accept a parking space. Should customers turn down the space or fail to respond within three business days, they will be removed from that particular garage’s wait list. Should a customer wish to remain on the list after turning down an available space they will be moved to the bottom of that wait list.

WHY ARE MONTHLY PARKERS ASKED TO PARK ON UPPER FLOORS?
We ask monthly parking customers to park above a certain floor to allow hourly parkers visiting local retail and restaurants to park closer to the street. Monthly parkers are charged a discounted daily rate compared to the normal daily rate. In exchange, we ask monthly parking customers to drive a little further up into the garage.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY MONTHLY KEY CARD IS LOST OR STOLEN?
Contact ParkBOI at (208) 368-7944 immediately. A replacement hang tag costs $5.00 and a replacement key card costs $15.00.
Hourly and daily parking validations are available for purchase at the full rate ($2.50 per hour or $12.00 per day) from ParkBOI. Businesses often use these to validate their customer's parking tickets at their discretion. After the first free hour in the ParkBOI garages, patrons visiting the Edwards Boise Downtown Stadium 9 movie theater can receive an additional two hours of parking at no charge (total of three hours). Patrons visiting the Egyptian Theatre can receive one additional hour of parking at no charge (total of two hours).
Cinema customers must take their parking ticket to the theater, where it will be validated upon purchase of theatre tickets. When returning to the parking garage, use the validated ticket at the pay station next to the ground floor garage elevator. Be prepared to pay for any additional time over the validated amount.
BUS PASS/GARAGE PARKING VALIDATIONS PROMOTION
To encourage conservation of resources through community transportation, 31-day local bus passes are available for purchase for $48.00 from the ParkBOI office. With each monthly bus pass purchased, ParkBOI provides eight daily validation coupons for that month, understanding that on some days customers may want to use their vehicle. The bus pass is valid for 31 days from the first use on the Valley Ride buses. The parking passes are valid for 2 months from the date of purchase.
