NEW PARKBOI CARPOOL PRIORITY PARKING!
Save money and park in the best spaces!
Carpool four times a week, cut your monthly parking fare in half (or better) and get priority parking in the ParkBOI garages. Worried about those days you can’t carpool? Each approved carpooler will receive four daily parking passes each month to use on days when they don’t carpool.
Not a monthly garage pass holder? Three-plus person carpools gain access to the garage of their choice immediately! Two-person carpools move to the top of the ParkBOI parking wait list and are likely to get a space the following month.
How To Get Started:
1. Create a commuter profile at MyCommuterCrew.com – make sure your carpool partners do the same.
2. Complete the ParkBOI Monthly Parking Enrollment and Payment Policy Form and ParkBOI Carpool Program Addendum, available at ParkBOI.com. Make sure you include your carpool partner’s name/email.
3. Each carpooler should track your commute every month. ACHD Commuteride checks the website on the 5th of the following month to verify that you are carpooling 4 times/week.
4. When using a ParkBOI garage place the ParkBOI Carpool Program hangtag on your rear view mirror.
5. Park in an open spot in one of the designated carpool spaces or any other non-designated space of your choosing on any floor.
6. On those days you choose not to carpool, use one of your daily passes and park in any non-designated parking space in the garage. Pick up your 4 daily passes at ParkBOI for those days you are unable to carpool.

WHEN DO I PAY FOR MONTHLY PARKING?
Monthly parking is due on or before the first of each month. At the time of sign-up, customers complete a monthly parking agreement and pay a one-time key card (access card) fee of $15.00. Ongoing monthly customers will receive an invoice for the upcoming month around the 15th of the prior month.
HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR MONTHLY PARKING?
You can visit the ParkBOI office. Signing up for parking includes completing a Monthly Parking Agreement, paying your first monthly parking fee and paying a $15.00 startup fee.
To check the availability of each ParkBOI garage, visit the Find Parking page.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE OFFERED?
Purchase a monthly permit by visiting the ParkBOI office. Permits must be purchased no later than the 5th of each month in order to avoid forfeiture of your current parking agreement/space. Credit, debit, check or cash payments are accepted at the ParkBOI office.
You can set up a recurring automatic withdrawal with your checking account or credit/debit card. This automatic withdrawal will occur on the 1st of the month. The monthly parking fee will automatically be charged every month unless you remove your Auto-Pay setup.
Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY MONTHLY PARKING?
You can email firstname.lastname@example.org or visit the ParkBOI office to cancel your permit.
A 15-day cancellation notice is required when cancelling a monthly parking permit. Please return your key card and hang tag by mailing or visiting the ParkBOI office.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY MONTHLY KEY CARD IS LOST OR STOLEN?
Contact ParkBOI at (208) 368-7944 immediately. A replacement key card costs $10.00.
WHY ARE MONTHLY PARKERS ASKED TO PARK ON UPPER FLOORS?
We ask monthly parking customers to park above a certain floor to allow hourly parkers visiting local retail and restaurants to park closer to the street. Monthly parkers are charged a lower daily rate compared to the normal $12 rate. In exchange, we ask monthly parking customers to drive a little further up into the garage.
CAN I LET SOMEONE ELSE USE MY PERMIT?
No, your permit and key card are connected with the license plate of one vehicle. The pass must also be used in sequential order of entering then exiting of the garage or it will not function properly. Allowing someone to use your permit may result in cancellation of your monthly parking permit.
IS THERE A MONTHLY PARKING WAIT LIST?
Yes, for all garages there are wait lists. Each ParkBOI garage has a set number of spaces allocated for monthly parking and available to the general public on a first come, first served basis. In the event the allotted spaces are sold out in a garage, customers interested in obtaining monthly permits have the opportunity to be added to a wait list for that specific garage.
Any monthly permits that are currently held by customers but not purchased by the 5th of each month are subject to cancellation and will be offered to those on the wait list.
As spaces become available through cancellations and/or non-paying customers, wait listed customers will be contacted (first come, first served) to offer them the opportunity to sign up. Should customers turn down the space but wish to remain on the list or fail to respond within three business days they will be moved to the bottom of the list.
